Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading sales onboarding/enablement programs from the ground up.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
- Excellent writing ability to translate complex concepts into clear internal resources.
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on direct, constructive feedback.
- Self-sufficient problem solver capable of executing solutions independently.
- Experience in rapid-growth sales organizations preferred.
- Startup environment experience preferred.
- Familiarity with inbound-driven, customer-first sales environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives.
- Develop curriculum, onboarding materials, and training exercises.
- Manage onboarding logistics including 1:1s, call reviews, shadowing, and role-playing.
- Define and track key metrics for onboarding success and AE performance.
- Maintain a central sales knowledge base including playbooks, objection handling, and battle cards.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success on enablement initiatives.
- Ensure internal resources stay updated as processes evolve.
