Requirements

  • Proven experience building and leading sales onboarding/enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
  • Excellent writing ability to translate complex concepts into clear internal resources.
  • Strong coaching skills with a focus on direct, constructive feedback.
  • Self-sufficient problem solver capable of executing solutions independently.
  • Experience in rapid-growth sales organizations preferred.
  • Startup environment experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with inbound-driven, customer-first sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives.
  • Develop curriculum, onboarding materials, and training exercises.
  • Manage onboarding logistics including 1:1s, call reviews, shadowing, and role-playing.
  • Define and track key metrics for onboarding success and AE performance.
  • Maintain a central sales knowledge base including playbooks, objection handling, and battle cards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success on enablement initiatives.
  • Ensure internal resources stay updated as processes evolve.
