Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach).
  • Ability to research accounts and identify decision makers.
  • Self-starter with strong goal orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across key sectors and regions.
  • Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the enterprise sales team and founders.
  • Develop tailored messaging for different buyer personas.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on strategic fit, urgency, and commercial potential.
  • Map target accounts and identify relevant stakeholders and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and other sales tools.
  • Partner with marketing, account executives, and founders on account strategy.
