Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Proven ability to build relationships through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach).
- Ability to research accounts and identify decision makers.
- Self-starter with strong goal orientation.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across key sectors and regions.
- Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the enterprise sales team and founders.
- Develop tailored messaging for different buyer personas.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on strategic fit, urgency, and commercial potential.
- Map target accounts and identify relevant stakeholders and pain points.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and other sales tools.
- Partner with marketing, account executives, and founders on account strategy.
