Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
- Proven capacity for high-volume phone work (80–100 outbound dials/day)
- Disciplined work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Excellent phone presence
- Empathetic, service-oriented, and problem-solving sales approach
- Familiarity with sales fundamentals such as closing and overcoming objections
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective business owners in UK and Ireland
- Engage in occasional email outreach to support sales efforts
- Drive lead generation by creating qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Identify influencers and key decision makers within organizations
- Manage sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and account information in HubSpot CRM
