- 3–5+ years experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- 1+ year of experience in a team lead, mentorship, or senior SDR capacity.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools like Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Zoominfo.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
- Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and building reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and support to regional SDR teams.
- Develop and maintain global SDR playbooks.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
- Define, track, and report on global SDR KPIs.
- Contribute individually to pipeline creation through outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing Directors to optimize processes.
- Identify and evaluate new sales technologies.
- Manage and maintain CRM data and reporting.
