  • 1+ year of experience in a team lead, mentorship, or senior SDR capacity.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools like Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Zoominfo.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and building reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and support to regional SDR teams.
  • Develop and maintain global SDR playbooks.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
  • Define, track, and report on global SDR KPIs.
  • Contribute individually to pipeline creation through outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing Directors to optimize processes.
  • Identify and evaluate new sales technologies.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data and reporting.
