Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to organizational development and employee relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end HR strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and workplace culture programs.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with Canadian legislation.
  • Support and coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee compensation processes, salary reviews, and benefits coordination.
  • Lead occupational health and safety processes and workplace accommodations.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, including training and professional coaching.
  • Champion equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) principles.
