Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to organizational development and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end HR strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement and workplace culture programs.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with Canadian legislation.
- Support and coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee compensation processes, salary reviews, and benefits coordination.
- Lead occupational health and safety processes and workplace accommodations.
- Drive learning and development initiatives, including training and professional coaching.
- Champion equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) principles.
