Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR program management with responsibility for coordinating global, enterprise-wide programs.
- Certified in 360 feedback administration, coaching, and related talent development methodologies.
- Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally up to 25%.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of global leadership and talent development programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a key ambassador for Talent Development, representing the function with credibility and professionalism across the enterprise.
- Oversee program logistics including scheduling, materials, technology platforms, and participant communications.
- Facilitate nomination and selection processes, coordinating with HR and business leaders to align programs with succession priorities.
- Manage vendor and facilitator partnerships, ensuring exceptional quality and delivery of content and learning experiences.
- Develop learning assets such as videos, guides, and job aids to effectively support and market programs.
- Analyze program outcomes, implement continuous improvement strategies, and oversee feedback processes including 360 surveys and coaching assignments.
