Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within software development, cybersecurity, or large-scale technical environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
- Proven ability to manage complex, interdependent programs and drive them to successful delivery.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and enterprise-scale technical systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, managers, and executives effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and structured execution.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for Product Security initiatives, including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional security projects.
- Coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, and global stakeholders to align priorities, define scope, and ensure timely execution of security roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, project cadences, and status reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistent communication.
- Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of critical issues impacting project delivery, working closely with technical and leadership teams.
- Partner with teams to improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimization, and AI-driven improvements.
- Synthesize complex technical discussions into clear action plans, ensuring alignment and follow-through across distributed teams.
- Coach and support engineering and security teams on project management best practices while fostering autonomy and collaboration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program management practices across the Product Security organization.
