Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, cloud technologies, and technical product ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical products and deliver scalable solutions in high-growth or fast-paced organizations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data, workflows, and operational metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with structured decision-making or performance evaluation frameworks is considered an asset.
  • Self-driven mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and building customer-focused technology products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and technical roadmap for core platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable product initiatives for engineering teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and prioritization through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to align technical capabilities with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor product health and operational performance using data analytics, technical KPIs, and system metrics to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, enhancing developer experience, and supporting the delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making across teams.
  • Contribute to long-term platform evolution by supporting scalable infrastructure, API-first initiatives, and modern product development practices.
