Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management within technical environments such as SaaS, Fintech, cloud platforms, or API-driven products.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, cloud technologies, and technical product ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical products and deliver scalable solutions in high-growth or fast-paced organizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data, workflows, and operational metrics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership.
- Familiarity with structured decision-making or performance evaluation frameworks is considered an asset.
- Self-driven mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and building customer-focused technology products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and technical roadmap for core platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable product initiatives for engineering teams.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and prioritization through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to align technical capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Monitor product health and operational performance using data analytics, technical KPIs, and system metrics to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, enhancing developer experience, and supporting the delivery of high-quality releases.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making across teams.
- Contribute to long-term platform evolution by supporting scalable infrastructure, API-first initiatives, and modern product development practices.
