Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, integrated marketing, or related role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience producing customer-facing B2B marketing content.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and working within defined workflows.
  • Familiarity with workflow or ticketing tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira).
  • Hands-on experience using generative and agentic AI tools.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support intake and triage of Brand Marketing content requests.
  • Coordinate content projects across Brand, Creative, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Digital, Communications, Field, and Events.
  • Track schedules and workbacks for assigned initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among writers, designers, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve content workflows, templates, and documentation.
  • Write, edit, and optimize marketing content across web, email, blogs, and events.
  • Manage the editorial calendar.
  • Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools for content ideation and creation.
