Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, integrated marketing, or related role.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience producing customer-facing B2B marketing content.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and working within defined workflows.
- Familiarity with workflow or ticketing tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira).
- Hands-on experience using generative and agentic AI tools.
- Clear communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support intake and triage of Brand Marketing content requests.
- Coordinate content projects across Brand, Creative, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Digital, Communications, Field, and Events.
- Track schedules and workbacks for assigned initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration among writers, designers, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and evolve content workflows, templates, and documentation.
- Write, edit, and optimize marketing content across web, email, blogs, and events.
- Manage the editorial calendar.
- Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools for content ideation and creation.
