Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Business Development or Sales Development within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record managing performance-driven teams, including coaching underperformers and workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation, territory management, sales forecasting, and revenue performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and sales analytics/reporting tools.
- Familiarity with modern prospecting and engagement technologies.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives across multiple segments and territories throughout North America.
- Drive team performance through rigorous KPI tracking, coaching, territory planning, and accountability frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scalable onboarding, enablement, and career development programs.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to execute demand generation initiatives.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and sales engagement platforms to analyze team performance.
- Manage headcount planning, territory distribution, and performance management processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, discipline, and high achievement.
