- Led multi-year, multi-organization technical programs with executive visibility.
- Deep fluency in performance and reliability systems.
- Ability to reason about technical debt, regression prevention, and organizational mechanisms.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building measurement systems.
- Exceptional cross-functional operator and communicator.
- Proven experience leading organizational change.
- Pragmatic approach to introducing structure and processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leaders to translate performance strategy into executable programs.
- Define and drive the operating model for sustained performance improvement.

- Drive performance governance while preserving team ownership.
