Requirements

- Deep fintech experience
- Strong instincts around how financial products function in the real world
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor
- Ability to switch fluidly between high-level strategy and granular implementation
- Experience managing relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders
- Technically curious with architectural literacy
- Evidence-driven decision making
- Experience navigating complex, fast-moving, and constrained environments
Responsibilities
- Own product areas related to our card and family banking partner ecosystem, helping shape both near-term execution and long-term strategy.
- Work directly with bank partners and sophisticated external clients to understand needs, shape a compelling “why,” solve problems collaboratively, and turn partnership opportunities into scalable products and systems.
- Build full-stack fintech products spanning customer experience, operational workflows, APIs, payment rails, and partner infrastructure.
- Partner deeply with engineering, design, operations, compliance, customer support, and go-to-market teams to ensure we are building the right things in the right sequence.
- Use AI, prototyping, data, customer conversations, and direct product exploration to accelerate learning and compress feedback loops.
- Bring clarity to ambiguity and navigate competing priorities while helping the organization stay focused.
- Lead through influence, judgment, and execution.
- Refine edge cases, write clear specs, improve operational processes, and unblock teams.
