Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, or curriculum development.
- Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and iterating multi-persona technical enablement programs.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and written communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management ability.
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and tools like Confluence or SharePoint.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and dashboards.
- Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design, and technical pedagogy.
- Hands-on, get-things-done attitude with high initiative.
Responsibilities
- Build and own enablement programs including onboarding, workshops, labs, and certification tracks.
- Lead onboarding for field engineering new hires to ensure rapid ramp-up.
- Maintain an everboarding/continuous learning roadmap for technical audiences.
- Create and curate enablement assets like labs, guides, and playbooks.
- Serve as a trusted partner to field engineering, Graph Academy, and product teams.
- Define and track KPIs such as time-to-proficiency, assessment scores, and certification rates.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, workshops, and lab walkthroughs.
- Ensure internal curricula remain aligned with product and architectural evolution.
