  • 8+ years in sales enablement or sales training at a technical B2B company.
  • Experience building an enablement program from scratch.
  • Experience directly coaching AEs one-on-one.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills for sales materials.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving product roadmaps.
  • Preferred: Experience in AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer tools.
  • Preferred: Experience enabling AEs to sell to technical buyers like ML engineers.
  • Preferred: Experience enabling both commercial and enterprise sales motions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the 4-week AE ramp and onboarding program.
  • Maintain and expand the use-case pitch deck and talk track library.
  • Design and run a quarterly pitch certification program with rubrics and feedback loops.
  • Conduct ongoing rep coaching through call reviews and small group workshops.
  • Implement programs like win/loss reviews, deal storytelling, and peer learning.
  • Manage and maintain seller briefs on models and competitive landscape.
