- Own and continuously improve the 4-week AE ramp and onboarding program.
- Maintain and expand the use-case pitch deck and talk track library.
- Design and run a quarterly pitch certification program with rubrics and feedback loops.
- Conduct ongoing rep coaching through call reviews and small group workshops.
- Implement programs like win/loss reviews, deal storytelling, and peer learning.
- Manage and maintain seller briefs on models and competitive landscape.
