Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, agency account management, finance operations, or comparable cross-functional role.
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing, purchase orders, and/or budget tracking.
- Strong financial literacy with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and high volume of stakeholder requests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana experience preferred).
- CPG, DTC, or omnichannel consumer brand experience.
- Experience supporting media, agency, creator, or production-related spend.
- Experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end PO lifecycle across all marketing channels.
- Process vendor and agency invoices and ensure budget compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
- Maintain the marketing budget tracker and provide real-time spend visibility.
- Manage new vendor setup and support annual/quarterly budget planning.
- Maintain the master marketing calendar and manage project deliverables via Asana.
- Drive marketing team operating rhythm and recurring syncs.
- Coordinate legal document routing (NDA, MSA, SOW) via LinkSquares.
- Act as a day-to-day connector between Marketing, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, IT, and People Operations.
- Manage logistics for team offsites and support materials for executive reviews.
