Requirements
- 3+ years of payment support experience at a SaaS or financial services company.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation in workflows.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with multiple variables.
- Interest in learning new technologies and diving into technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day payment issues.
- Document existing and new processes across payment platforms.
- Maintain standard operating procedures for payment partner relationships.
- Support onboarding, setup, and maintenance of merchant accounts and gateways.
- Act as a payments subject matter expert for internal teams.
- Manage operational escalations across payment rails.
- Support documentation and communication of payment-related policies.
- Maintain awareness of compliance considerations including Nacha and PCI.
- Identify recurring issues and implement preventive controls.
- Investigate, track, and reconcile disputed transactions.
