Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Current RN/LVN license in good standing preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical billing procedures.
- Proficiency in EMR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage clinical billing processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Coordinate patient-approved scheduling to optimize timely patient access, provider availability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes for billing, scheduling, and reporting functions.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on clinical productivity, and operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative nursing operations.
- Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and administrative departments to resolve issues.
- Audit billing and scheduling processes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
