Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or other structured, process-driven environments (Preferred)
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) (Preferred)
- Basic experience working with data or operational tools (e.g. Mode Analytics, Sigma/Looker/Power BI Dashboards) (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows to maintain delivery quality and efficiency (e.g., weather playbooks, event support, supply adjustments)
- Monitor live dashboards and respond in real time to emerging issues impacting deliveries
- Investigate individual deliveries or operational anomalies and escalate findings appropriately
- Research local events or conditions that may impact operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional partners to share updates or escalate issues
- Follow established playbooks consistently, while identifying opportunities for clarification or improvement
- Support testing of new tools and workflows, and provide structured feedback to improve efficiency over time
