Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, campaign execution, workflows, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formula usage for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
- Self-starter mentality with high ownership, accountability, and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting both marketing and sales functions in a RevOps or Marketing Ops environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, consulting business models, or platforms such as Workday is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, email execution, tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and revenue performance data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and support pipeline growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor campaign ROI, funnel performance, forecasting, and key revenue metrics.
- Manage CRM data quality and hygiene through regular audits, enrichment processes, and workflow optimization.
- Support lead scoring, lifecycle management, account assignments, and audience segmentation strategies to improve sales and marketing alignment.
- Maintain targeted campaign lists and customer segments using HubSpot, Apollo, and related data enrichment tools.
- Optimize automation processes and operational workflows to improve overall go-to-market efficiency.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to surface insights, identify opportunities, and proactively address revenue risks.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations that support upsell, cross-sell, and customer expansion initiatives.
