Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Proficiency in Claude or other comparable AI tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute against centrally-built product marketing systems such as ICP definitions, buyer journey frameworks, positioning architecture, launch governance, and enablement standards.
- Execute product launches end-to-end leveraging existing frameworks.
- Conduct customer interviews and contribute to competitive analysis to inform market trends and persona refinement.
- Create high-impact marketing assets such as website content, landing pages, in-app messaging, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, and email.
- Build sales enablement assets and training including pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, demo scripts, and talk tracks.
- Support the Voice of the Industry (VoI) program to inform product development and refine messaging.
- Champion customer advocacy initiatives by identifying brand ambassadors and securing testimonials/case studies.
