Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in pricing strategy, strategic finance, revenue strategy, or deal desk.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B enterprise.
  • Proven leadership in executing pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership of pricing governance and operational rigor.
  • Strong analytical foundation in pricing models.
  • Proficiency with pricing analytics tools, CRM, CPQ platforms, and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to influence senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a central deal desk function.
  • Define and evolve enterprise pricing frameworks.
  • Own pricing governance, approval flows, and guardrails.
  • Support sales teams on complex deal pricing.
  • Develop margin-centric playbooks and pricing tools.
  • Partner with Finance to build robust pricing models.
  • Define pricing KPIs and dashboards.
  • Lead scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and renewals.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing pricing team.
