Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (MBA/Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise applications within a global, matrixed SaaS organization.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and Workday.
- Proven track record of large-scale strategic transformation and complex integration projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures and subscription models.
- Experience with AI governance and agent development frameworks.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in Quote-to-Cash transformation.
- Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR and SOC2.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy.
- Lead AI integration, governance, and Agent development frameworks.
- Drive enterprise architecture, system evaluation, and rationalization.
- Manage and modernize Quote-to-Cash teams and systems.
- Ensure system performance, availability, and SLA compliance.
- Maintain data privacy and security standards (GDPR, SOC2).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a globally distributed team of ~50 technical professionals.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and application spend.
- Drive cross-functional governance and change management.
