Requirements
- 8–12+ years in infrastructure engineering, solutions architecture, or lead/principal technical roles.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native environments.
- Strong proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, middleware design, and data pipeline architecture.
- Direct experience deploying and managing LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows in production.
- Experience with business intelligence infrastructure and data warehousing.
- Expertise in data governance, privacy compliance (CCPA, GDPR), and PII security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across departments and with executive stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and autonomous execution habits.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop integration architecture connecting business platforms (e-commerce, retail, marketing, finance, operations, customer experience).
- Build and maintain middleware/API integrations for autonomous AI agents.
- Architect and optimize AWS cloud environments for production AI systems.
- Develop agentic AI workflows with monitoring, guardrails, and human handoff protocols.
- Enforce data governance, privacy compliance (CCPA, GDPR), and data sovereignty.
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads on AI architecture and long-term capability planning.
- Collaborate with the Director of IT to ensure architectural alignment.
