Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in K-12 education, instructional leadership, educational consulting, or implementation-focused roles.
  • Strong expertise in designing and managing implementation systems, operational processes, dashboards, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of HQIM-aligned instruction, instructional systems leadership, and strategies that improve outcomes for diverse student populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes partnerships and influence senior stakeholders across complex educational environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI-powered instructional technologies and the conditions necessary for effective implementation in schools and districts.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating complex implementation insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of AI-powered instructional solution implementations across school systems, ensuring alignment with instructional quality standards and equitable student outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for district leaders and product development partners, fostering trusted, collaborative partnerships.
  • Design and oversee implementation systems including dashboards, monitoring protocols, review cadences, and enabling-condition trackers to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Monitor tool adoption, instructional fidelity, operational readiness, and emerging impact signals while identifying implementation risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product developers to communicate implementation feedback, instructional insights, and user experience considerations that inform future product development.
  • Create and deliver professional learning resources, launch frameworks, and implementation supports for district leaders, coaches, and educators.
  • Translate partnership learnings into scalable frameworks, field-facing resources, and internal best practices that contribute to broader organizational learning.
  • Coach and support team members while contributing to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
