- Ability to work well under pressure
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Self-starter personality
Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Manage vendor relationships
- Contact, engage and manage Small Business customers through their application process
- Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners
- Articulate Funding Options by Tide proposition and service
- Confidently articulate different finance options across multiple product classes
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Monitor and identify industry trends
- Actively share stories and successes internally
