Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in Sales.
- 5+ years of key account sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Deep understanding of automotive industry market dynamics.
- Excellent business negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Proven track record of reaching or exceeding B2B sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and stress management skills.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies based on market dynamics and industry trends.
- Independently manage and develop core key accounts to achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage lead conversion in CRM.
- Conduct regular client visits and handle contract renewals and service expansions.
- Oversee regional sales fund collection and manage departmental expenses within budget.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, operation, finance, and product teams.
- Analyze regional market data to optimize sales strategies and project progress.
