Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of automotive industry market dynamics.
  • Excellent business negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proven track record of reaching or exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and stress management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute regional sales strategies based on market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Independently manage and develop core key accounts to achieve personal and team sales targets.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage lead conversion in CRM.
  • Conduct regular client visits and handle contract renewals and service expansions.
  • Oversee regional sales fund collection and manage departmental expenses within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, operation, finance, and product teams.
