Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or related customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience actively managing and growing a portfolio of 50–100 accounts.
  • Track record of identifying and fixing broken processes independently.
  • Deep understanding of APAC business culture and communication nuances.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Professional working proficiency in any South-East Asian languages (plus).
  • Strategic communication ability to translate product capabilities into value-led education.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and Day 0 environments.
  • Data-informed with ability to read customer behavior and spot patterns.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with Sales Ops, Support, and Product teams.
  • Comfortable working within regional coverage hours.

Responsibilities

  • Engage self-service customer base in APAC to uncover challenges and document workflows.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to identify at-risk behaviors and test proactive outreach.
  • Produce monthly regional content (video/webinars) on feature releases.
  • Perform churn autopsies on self-service cancellations.
  • Stabilize and grow a portfolio of high-potential legacy accounts.
  • Run monthly check-ins for key accounts to ensure ROI.
  • Refine CRM workflows and improve data hygiene.
  • Translate regional customer pain points into product insights.
  • Launch one new initiative every 4 weeks and one engagement experiment per month.
