Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in a channel or partner-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, OEM partnerships, and channel ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account and growth plans.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
- Certification or training in value-based selling methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic account plans and mutual growth initiatives to expand revenue and partner engagement.
- Train and enable channel partners on platform offerings to drive lead generation and customer migration initiatives.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and partner channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and services) to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct executive-level presentations, business reviews, and solution discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with OEMs and strategic alliances to drive new logo acquisition and account growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet partner expectations and achieve sales and performance targets.
- Handle escalations and collaborate with support teams to resolve critical customer issues when needed.
