Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or closely related role.
  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of 50–100 accounts.
  • Track record of identifying and fixing broken processes independently.
  • Deep understanding of business culture and communication nuances in EMEA.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Professional working proficiency in Arabic or Spanish.
  • Strategic communicator able to translate product capabilities into customer value.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity in a Day 0 environment.
  • Data-informed approach to reading customer behavior and spotting patterns.
  • Strong collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage self-service customer base in EMEA to uncover challenges and workflows.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Head of Department to identify at-risk behaviors and test outreach scripts.
  • Produce monthly regional content (webinars/video) covering feature releases and track adoption.
  • Perform churn autopsies for self-service cancellations to identify root causes.
  • Stabilize a portfolio of high-potential key accounts.
  • Pursue expansion opportunities in key accounts (upselling seats/tiers).
  • Run monthly check-ins for key accounts to ensure ROI.
  • Refine CRM workflows and improve data hygiene.
  • Bridge communication between customers and internal Product/Support teams.
  • Propose and execute monthly engagement experiments.
