Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in tech or fintech.
- Expertise in executive-level relationship management for strategic partnerships.
- Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
- Advanced analytical abilities to identify trends and report data.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale commercial contracts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and BI tools.
- Knowledge of consumer finance, SaaS, and e-commerce preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale relationships with international partners to drive growth and strategy.
- Define strategic partnership vision and align with company goals.
- Develop and execute multi-year growth roadmaps including product integrations and GTM strategies.
- Analyze partner performance and recommend product adoption programs.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Risk teams.
- Manage customer health and satisfaction.
