Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, database report writing, or technical solution development.
- 7–10+ years of experience within computer technology, technical services, or related fields.
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical consulting or support capacity.
- Ability to define business requirements and translate them into creative, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration (preferred).
- Customer support experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to provide technical expertise and help resolve complex implementation and integration challenges.
- Design, build, configure, and maintain integrations between TeamDynamix solutions and client systems.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and solve business problems.
- Gather and document technical requirements, working closely with customers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive timely resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize disruption.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance to other members of the Professional Services team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services leadership to influence the strategic direction and roadmap of the division.
- Partner closely with Sales to improve solution scoping and help create more accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Recommend and implement process improvements that maximize team resources and operational effectiveness.
