Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solutions engineering, or technical support within SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity.
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
  • Exposure to scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with conversational AI solutions or AI-enabled workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows environments, databases, web servers, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to TeamDynamix customers.
  • Work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and implement technical solutions.
  • Manage incoming support requests with strong documentation and communication.
  • Troubleshoot and replicate customer issues to identify root causes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Support, Professional Services, and Engineering teams.
  • Deliver customer training and guidance regarding product functionality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Introduce and apply AI tools and workflows to improve ticket management and operational efficiency.
