Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solutions engineering, or technical support within SaaS environments.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity.
- Strong experience with troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Exposure to scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with conversational AI solutions or AI-enabled workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT.
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows environments, databases, web servers, and networking concepts.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to TeamDynamix customers.
- Work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and implement technical solutions.
- Manage incoming support requests with strong documentation and communication.
- Troubleshoot and replicate customer issues to identify root causes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Support, Professional Services, and Engineering teams.
- Deliver customer training and guidance regarding product functionality.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Introduce and apply AI tools and workflows to improve ticket management and operational efficiency.
