Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in network/infrastructure security.
- 3+ years in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery role.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Firewall (FTD/FMC) and Palo Alto Networks (PAN-OS/Panorama).
- Production experience with Cisco ISE including 802.1X, TACACS+, and policy enforcement.
- Experience with at least one SASE platform (Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cisco Secure Access, or Netskope).
- Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VPNs, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP VPCs).
- Knowledge of IAM platforms (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID) and integration methods (SAML, SCIM).
- Experience with SIEM integration (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and automation (Terraform, Ansible).
- Professional certifications (CCIE/CCNP Security, PCNSE, CISSP, etc) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Cisco Secure Firewall and Palo Alto Networks next-gen firewalls in enterprise environments.
- Lead firewall migration projects including rule optimization and cross-vendor conversions.
- Implement Cisco ISE for 802.1X, profiling, posture assessment, and identity-based access control.
- Architect and deploy SASE/Zero Trust solutions including ZIA/ZPA, Prisma Access, or Netskope.
- Lead client discovery sessions, design workshops, and architecture reviews.
- Create professional HLD/LLD documentation, implementation runbooks, and network diagrams.
- Automate firewall provisioning and policy deployment using Terraform and Ansible.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training for client operations teams.
- Manage project workstreams and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
