Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Direct experience recruiting for media production (producers, editors, control room techs) and broadcast engineering roles.
- Understanding of the broadcast media and live event production industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
- Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Staffing agency background preferred.
- Familiarity with Ashby or Monday.com a plus.
- Experience using AI tools in recruitment a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for media production and broadcast engineering roles.
- Handle 10-15 open requisitions simultaneously.
- Source candidates using HireEZ, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
- Assess and interview candidates to ensure project fit.
- Build partnerships with hiring managers regarding talent pipelines and market trends.
- Champion a positive candidate experience.
- Lead compensation and benefits offer negotiations.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing and process improvements.
