Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or patient services.
- Expertise in various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with high-volume hiring workflows.
- Experience conducting phone screens and partnering with hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP, or UKG.
- Ability to work remotely and support distributed teams across all time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and patient-facing roles.
- Source talent, review applicants, conduct phone screens, and extend offers.
- Perform reference checks and submit background checks and Provider credentialing information.
- Orient and support new employees throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and SMEs to understand role requirements.
- Create compelling job ads for healthcare professionals.
- Provide timely, transparent communication to candidates.
- Monitor and maintain recruitment metrics and time-to-fill benchmarks.
- Research the healthcare hiring landscape to generate innovative sourcing strategies.
- Participate in weekly meetings and update stakeholders on recruiting efforts.
