Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house setting.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for both exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly/frontline) roles.
  • Proven, hands-on sourcing skills.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and juggling competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Proficiency with an ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and personal ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for a diverse mix of exempt and non-exempt roles across various functions (Calibration, Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, HR).
  • Lead proactive, multi-channel sourcing efforts through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, social media, talent communities, referrals, and creative outreach.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, challenge assumptions, and build effective, bias-aware interview processes.
  • Bring market intelligence and competitive data to stakeholder conversations, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just an order-taker.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates with rigor; provide clear, structured recommendations and advocate for timely decisions.
  • Manage and negotiate offers across compensation bands for both exempt and non-exempt positions, balancing candidate expectations with internal equity.
  • Maintain ATS hygiene and track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and pipeline metrics.
  • Deliver a standout candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and diversity hiring.
