- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Candidate-first mindset.
- Experience with ATS tools, calendars, and collaboration platforms like Ashby, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Genuine interest in education, student success, or mission-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate journey that reflects EdSights’ culture.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and time zones, managing scheduling with speed and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Manage candidate records, feedback, and notes within Ashby ATS.
- Build and maintain Ashby automations, interview kits, scorecards, and workflows.
- Support the talent acquisition team with job postings, application reviews, and candidate pipeline management.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.
