  • Experience with ATS tools, calendars, and collaboration platforms like Ashby, Google Workspace, and Slack.

  • Genuine interest in education, student success, or mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate journey that reflects EdSights’ culture.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and time zones, managing scheduling with speed and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Manage candidate records, feedback, and notes within Ashby ATS.
  • Build and maintain Ashby automations, interview kits, scorecards, and workflows.
  • Support the talent acquisition team with job postings, application reviews, and candidate pipeline management.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.
