Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Tier 1 IT helpdesk or IT support role.
- Associate’s degree or relevant technical certifications preferred.
- Strong experience supporting MacOS and Chromebook environments.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS tools: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools: Jamf or Kandji.
- Familiarity with MDM, SSO, and endpoint security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a security-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical users.
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT support contact, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provision and configure devices, applications, and SaaS tools for new hires ensuring security compliance.
- Support identity and access management processes including SSO, MDM, and endpoint security controls.
- Assist in maintaining IT security standards and responding to access requests.
- Manage and update IT documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of new productivity and security tools.
- Contribute to IT projects focused on user experience and operational workflows.
