- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or similar high-ownership roles.
- Experience in a fast-growing company.
- Builder mindset with an ability to create structure from scratch.
- AI-first approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Strong design sensibility for professional decks and documents.
- High ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience from offer accept through 90 days.
- Redesign onboarding to accelerate new hire ramp and success.
- Develop training plans and curriculum for new and existing managers covering hiring, feedback, and career development.
- Partner with the executive team to raise the management bar across the company.
- Manage recurring internal communications and written updates.
- Develop slides and narratives for executive team presentations.
- Establish standards for high-quality internal communications.
- Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives lacking a clear owner.
