Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital or healthcare environment
- Experience managing medical equipment or HTM programs
- Experience with leading EHR deployments across multiple health care facilities
- Understanding of federal regulatory requirements (TJC, ISO)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute multiple HTM-related projects involving Oracle Health EHRM efforts.
- Collaborate with EHRM stakeholders across Biomedical Engineering, VA medical centers, and VISN leadership.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and present detailed project reports and presentations.
- Utilize HTM Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning and tracking.
- Integrate emerging technologies including Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
