Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for external agency partners.
- Manage agency workflows, tracking deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate asset delivery across agency, creative services, and brand teams.
- Manage high-volume YouTube publishing operations including metadata and monetization.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Manage cross-functional requests and approval workflows.
- Track and compile performance and operational metrics.
