Requirements

- Experience in management consulting, banking, or growth-stage startups.
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver topline business goals.
- Structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently with persistence and detail orientation.
- Ability to learn new domains, industries, or regulatory contexts quickly.
- Effective at building trust with internal and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own a rotating portfolio of high priority strategic and operational projects, spanning growth, operations, and new verticals.
- Lead projects end-to-end, including strategy, planning, team alignment, and hands-on execution.
- Contribute to the experimentation, architecture, and launch of new verticals and product offerings.
- Partner with company leadership to drive high priority cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide analytical rigor and structure for strategic growth decisions.
