Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Technology.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Deep understanding of lead routing systems (e.g., Chili Piper, LeanData) and funnel architecture design.
- Experience working with intent data and ABM tools such as Apollo, 6sense, or Bombora, and operationalizing insights in CRM systems.
- Solid knowledge of email deliverability practices, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain reputation, and inbox placement optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex funnel issues.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and its application to B2B marketing and outbound processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven learner who tracks GTM technology trends.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end GTM funnel architecture, ensuring seamless lead flow from intent capture and website activity through CRM routing, scoring, nurturing, and sales handoff.
- Monitor funnel performance across regions and segments, proactively identifying conversion drops, routing failures, and data anomalies, and resolving root causes.
- Lead lead routing strategy and execution, ensuring accurate, automated distribution through tools like Chili Piper and Salesforce.
- Manage GTM systems integration across platforms such as Apollo, Salesforce, Pardot, Nooks, Zapier, and Chili Piper, ensuring clean data and reliable automation flows.
- Own lead scoring logic and optimization, continuously refining models based on conversion performance and evolving ICP definitions.
- Oversee email deliverability infrastructure, including domain reputation, authentication protocols, and compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of Marketing Technology Managers across routing, automation, and deliverability functions.
- Maintain full documentation of GTM architecture, ensuring transparency, scalability, and operational continuity.
