Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth, product, or related B2B technical roles.
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows or agents using models like Claude.
- SQL fluency for querying Snowflake or comparable data warehouses.
- Experience integrating CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot).
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking ability.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design and own integrations end to end.
Responsibilities
- Lead enrichment agents built on Clay, Claygents, ZoomInfo, and Snowflake.
- Outbound personalization agents for cold outreach.
- AI-assisted sales research workflows for meeting prep and briefs.
- Pipeline pattern detection agents for deal data in Snowflake.
- Agentic deal review and forecast support.
- Salesforce and Pardot integrations to automate GTM workflows.
