- Proven track record in a B2B enterprise technology or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience transitioning operations to AI-forward tooling
- Demonstrated success with ABM including account scoring
- Proven success in leading technical teams through complex implementations
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-driven marketing tools
- Degree in business, marketing (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
