Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Enablement, Operations, or Leadership Development.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Deep understanding of change management practices (e.g., ADKAR).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience with GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Highspot, and Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead leadership development frameworks tailored for revenue leaders across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Coach managers to foster scalable team development, accountability, and performance culture.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success AVPs to build leadership competencies and succession plans.
  • Design and evolve enablement architecture to support consistent sales execution.
  • Align learning initiatives with company go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify workflow friction points and drive change management for efficiency.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations for process alignment.
  • Own and evolve leadership enablement calendar and coaching cadences.
  • Serve as key advisor to VP of Revenue Enablement on strategy and transformation.
