Requirements

- Leadership experience preferred; senior individual contributors may be considered.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with coaching and training capabilities.
- Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and coach team members through 1:1s, meetings, and enablement.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and project velocity.
- Identify and target areas of opportunity within project backlogs.
- Interview, hire, and enable team members to support scaling operations.
- Monitor key business metrics and drive process improvements.
