- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools like Power BI.
- Understanding of SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI-driven search evolution.
- Experience building marketing operations and attribution models.
- Strong analytical mindset for data-driven strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience in B2B2C, SaaS, or complex sales environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and content syndication platforms.
- Lead organic search strategy, including SEO and emerging AEO/GEO optimization.
- Manage agency partners, ensuring performance accountability and budget efficiency.
- Partner with creative and digital experience teams to develop conversion-focused content.
- Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations for tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Build and optimize marketing operations infrastructure (lead mapping, attribution, CRM).
- Scale AI-driven tools like Clay for lead enrichment and outbound automation.
- Monitor full-funnel KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
- Support global marketing alignment and share best practices.
