Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs impacting pipeline and revenue
- Strong experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., SOC, CTI, OSINT professionals)
- Hands-on expertise with modern marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Marketo or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and performance reporting
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy to drive sustainable growth
- Own the customer lifecycle from acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion
- Build persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns targeting technical security audiences
- Develop and optimize marketing programs for existing customers to drive adoption and upsell opportunities
- Build and manage scalable email and nurture programs, including AI-powered workflows
- Leverage AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, content creation, and campaign optimization
- Analyze performance data across channels to identify optimization and growth opportunities
- Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to align growth initiatives
- Produce reporting and insights using platforms such as GA4 and Salesforce
