Job Details

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments is strongly preferred
Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs impacting pipeline and revenue
Strong experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., SOC, CTI, OSINT professionals)
Hands-on expertise with modern marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Marketo or similar)
Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and performance reporting
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Design and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy to drive sustainable growth
Own the customer lifecycle from acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion
Build persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns targeting technical security audiences
Develop and optimize marketing programs for existing customers to drive adoption and upsell opportunities
Build and manage scalable email and nurture programs, including AI-powered workflows
Leverage AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, content creation, and campaign optimization
Analyze performance data across channels to identify optimization and growth opportunities
Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to align growth initiatives
Produce reporting and insights using platforms such as GA4 and Salesforce
